Privacy policy.

In short: we use your details and property photos only to make and deliver your order.
We never sell them, and we never use your photos or films in our own marketing without your written permission.
We delete your photos 90 days after delivery, or sooner if you ask.
Who we are
Moving Listings is operated by Yahia Hegazi in Calgary, Alberta, Canada ("we", "us"). We handle personal information in line with Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and, where it applies, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
What we collect
- Contact details: your name, brokerage, email address and phone number.
- Listing details: the property address, listing date, package chosen and any notes you send.
- Property photos and media: the listing photos, aerial photos, plans or other files you send us.
- Basic site data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security. We do not use advertising trackers.
How we use it
- To produce, deliver and revise the films and images you order.
- To contact you about your order, invoice you and answer questions.
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes.
We only use your photos or finished films as examples on our website or social media if you give us written permission for that specific listing. You can withdraw that permission at any time.
Property photos and people in them
When you send photos, you confirm you have the right to share them with us for this purpose, including any consent needed from the property owner or seller. Please avoid sending photos that show people, personal documents or other sensitive items. If we notice them, we may blur or crop them out of the finished work.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only with service providers we need to run the business, and only as much as they need:
- Website and form hosting (Netlify), which receives your booking form.
- Email and file storage providers, which hold our messages and your files.
- Editing and AI video tools we use to create camera moves, grading and renderings from your photos.
Some of these providers store or process data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be accessible under local law. We choose providers with reasonable security practices.
How long we keep it
- Property photos and working files: deleted 90 days after delivery.
- Finished films: kept for 90 days after delivery so you can request copies, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them longer.
- Contact and invoice records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.
Your choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, correct it, or have your photos and files deleted early. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We keep files in password-protected accounts with two-step sign-in, and only we can access them. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
