Terms of service.

Effective October 12, 2026

These terms apply when you order work from Moving Listings, operated by Yahia Hegazi in Calgary, Alberta ("we", "us"). By sending a booking request, you ("you", the client) agree to them.

1. What we provide

We turn the listing photos you send into marketing video and images, as described for the package you choose:

• Film: one 60 to 90 second video in 16:9, made from your photos, with camera moves, music and an end card with your details.
• Social cuts: the same film reframed in 9:16 and 1:1, when ordered.
• Add-ons such as a twilight set, virtual staging, renovation or build previews, and aerial flyovers, when ordered.

The number and quality of the photos you send affect the result. We confirm the final scope and price with you before work starts.

2. Your photos and responsibilities

• You confirm you own the photos or have permission to use them for this purpose, including any consent needed from the photographer, the property owner or the seller.
• You confirm the listing details you give us are accurate.
• You remain responsible for how the finished work is used in your listing and advertising.

3. Accurate representation and labelling

Camera moves, colour correction and lighting adjustments do not add, remove or change the property's features, finishes, condition or views. Work that shows something that does not exist yet, including virtual staging, renovation concepts, virtual twilight and pre-construction renderings, is delivered with an on-screen label such as "Virtually staged" or "Artist's rendering".

Rules on altered or enhanced media differ between real estate boards, MLS systems and listing platforms. You are responsible for checking and following the rules that apply to your listing, and for keeping the labels on labelled work.

4. Turnaround

Standard delivery is within 48 hours, and rush delivery within 24 hours, counted from when we have your confirmed order and all the photos. If we expect a delay, we will tell you before the deadline. Turnaround can be longer for large orders or when we need more information from you.

5. Revisions

Each order includes one round of revisions, requested within 7 days of delivery, covering changes within the original scope such as music, captions, shot order or timing. New photos, new add-ons or a different concept are quoted as new work.

6. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. We confirm your price before starting. We invoice on delivery, and payment is due within 7 days. We may hold final, unwatermarked files until the invoice is paid.

7. Cancellations

You can cancel at no cost before we start work. If you cancel after work has started, we may charge for the work completed so far, up to the full order price.

8. Using the finished work

Once paid, you may use the finished films and images to market the property and your real estate business, on any listing site, social platform or website. We keep the underlying working files and templates. We only show your work in our own portfolio with your written permission.

9. Third-party material

Music and other licensed elements are used under licences that allow marketing use. Some platforms may still flag music automatically; if that happens, we will help you replace it.

10. Liability

We take care to deliver accurate, high-quality work. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost sales or commissions.

11. Privacy

How we handle your information and photos is explained in our privacy policy.

12. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we update these terms, the new version applies to orders placed after the date at the top of this page.
